• Use the Platform solely for the benefit of the business that has completed the Sign Up Page and not attempt to sell access to the platform or the output from use of the Platform to any other party.
• Not to use the Platform or any service from Open Energy Market in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the terms of use, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Platform. 
• Not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Platform;
• Not transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, intimidating offensive or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate;
• Not use the Platform to commit fraud, promote crime, exploit others, impersonate another person or user or to communicate with other users in an inappropriate manner; 
• Not use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users;
• Not attempt to access meter data that does not relate to your business; and
• Not collect or harvest any information or data from the Platform or our systems in a manner that it is not enabled by the Platform.
